Shipping policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Ready Stock orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 working hours (GDEX) / 7 working days (International). Preorder items will be shipped out within 10-20 working days (GDEX) / 30 working days (International)

However, if you checked out withΒ both Preorder AND Ready Stock items, the shipping time will followΒ Preorder dates.

After your parcel has been shipped out, the delivery will generally take place within 1-4 working days via GDEX courier service. We will take into consideration product availability and advise accordingly if any are delayed in delivery time. Orders might delay due to unprecedented circumstances.

In the case where item purchased is not available, order will be put on hold and a notice will be sent to you via email or Whatsapp to make a replacement. Once replacement has been made, order will be processed within 24 hours. We will advise accordingly if there is any delay in delivery time.

If more than 10 days have passed after your parcel has been shipped, and you have yet received the package, please contact us on Instagram @coniqueofficial or email us at happiness@conique.com.my to review the status of your order.

Pickup
Curbside Pickup is available for orders within Kuala Lumpur area. Kindly check with our customer service on Instagram @coniqueofficial or Whatsapp +6013-8850654 for available pickup times and locations.

Free Standard Shipping (Domestic)
We offer freeΒ shipping for all domestic orders over RM150 (WM) and RM180(EM).

Delayed Order
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Other Charges
Please take note that delivery charge does not include any applicable import charges, taxes and duties by customs in your country. Customers are liable for these charges if any.

Delivery schedule is based on courier company’s operation including special handling during peak season and public holidays. We are not liable for any delay caused by courier company.
