What is Zero Spin?

Zero Spin refers to our lens design crafted with the technology to prevent rotation on the eye. This ensures the lens stays in place throughout the day, so the design and effect remain consistent.

How do I know if my lens is inside out?

Place the lens on your finger. If the edges flare outward, it’s inside out. If it forms a smooth bowl shape, it’s correct.
You may also check the colour of the lenses, the inner side usually appears slightly more faded.

Will the lens move or spin in my eye?

Our Zero Spin lenses are designed to stay in place. However, slight movement can happen naturally. If you experience excessive movement, please contact us for support.

Usage

Do I need to soak my lenses before first use?

Yes, we recommend soaking your lenses in fresh solution for at least 6–8 hours before first wear.

How long can I use one pair?

Our lenses are Monthly lenses and can be used for up to 30 days after opening. Please ensure proper care and hygiene for safe use.

How long can I wear the lenses in a day?

We recommend wearing them for no more than 8–10 hours to keep your eyes comfortable and healthy.

Can I wear lenses if my eyes are watery or irritated?

We don’t recommend wearing lenses if your eyes are irritated, red, or excessively watery. Let your eyes rest fully first before wearing contact lenses.

Care & Safety

Why does one side of my lenses feel uncomfortable?

If only one side feels uncomfortable, it could be due to the lens being inside out, dust particles, or a damaged lens. Remove, clean, and reapply the lens. If the issue persists, please reach out to us for a replacement.

What should I avoid while wearing lenses? Can I sleep in my contacts?

Avoid sleeping, showering, or swimming with your lenses on to prevent irritation or infection.

What should I do if I drop my lens?

Rinse it thoroughly with solution before wearing again. Do not use tap water.

How should I store my lenses?

Store lenses in a clean case with fresh solution daily. Do not reuse old solution.

How often should I change my lens case?

We recommend replacing your lens case every month for hygiene purposes. Bacteria can form a "biofilm" inside the plastic that solution alone can't kill.

Can I share my lenses with others?

No, lenses are strictly for personal use only for hygiene and safety reasons.

What if I received a defective lens?

Please contact us immediately with your order details, we’ll review your case and assist you accordingly.
