Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase at Conique. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit refund, or an exchange.
Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days upon receiving the package. Please check the condition, design, lens power once the package is received. All returned items must be in unused and unopened condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer service on Instagram @coniqueofficial, or email customer service at happiness@conique.com.my for more assistance. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use a prepaid shipping label provided by us. If you use the prepaid shipping label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email or message when your return has been processed.

By purchasing our product, you agreed that you have contacted us to check the availability of the stocks. If you have made payment to unavailable/out of stock item(s), you are eligible for credit refund only. No cash refund is allowed.

Refund for other reasons / wrongly ordered products will not be entertained. Customers are responsible to check Product Descriptions and their orders before proceeding to make payment.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Daily Lenses
  • Free Items
  • Sale items
